25 minutes - no equipment

15 minutes. Small weights needed

20 minutes - band needed (can be done without)
Pre & Postnatal friendly

30 minutes - weights needed
Not pre & postnatal safe
day 4
45 minutes - chair required
Pre & Postnatal safe

26 minutes - weights & band used

20 minutes - no equipment
