FOR BEGINNERS:
If you are early postpartum, please make sure you have clearance from your medical team to commence exercise. We very strongly recommend having a postnatal assessment with a Pelvic Floor physio before you commence exercise, to help you ensure that you are activating the right muscles, the right way, and are healing well from your birth.

LONGER WORKOUTS
A gentle, but energising class, covering abdominal work, glutes, and arms. Starts with some delicious prone work (lying on your tummy - sometimes a new thing for postnatal ladies!).
This is a great one for 6 weeks post vaginal delivery, or 8 weeks post c-section.
