spring challenge 2020
In Spring of 2020, we ran our first 28 day online challenge, which was a great success!
Each day of the week was a particular type of class, and these classes progressed in difficulty over the course of the 4 weeks.
Below you will find all the classes that featured in our Spring Challenge of 2020.
Please keep in mind that the classes progress in difficulty from Week One to Week Four, so if you’re new to these, I recommend you start on the first class of each variety!
monday mat with kirsty
Classic Mat Pilates with Kirsty. 45 minutes duration.
arms abs + ass! with ellen
Ellen gets you to focus in on those deep stabilising muscles of the hips, abs, and upper body. This class gets harder each week of the challenge, but this is a perfect starter!
Duration: 30 minutes.
“BRING A BAND” with kirsty
Have your theraband handy, or a booty band, as Kirsty takes you through a brilliant, 45 minute class, targeting deep glutes, quads and core.
“A LOT OF LEGS” with gemma
20 minutes of fun, fierce exercise for your lower body with Gemma.
