From a very inflexible Physio (😆), straight to your living room, these videos will guide you through some beautiful movements, to help your body feel lengthened and energised!

sunday stretch #1

Give your body a little bit of love, with some gentle spine stretching!

This class focuses on thoracic (trunk) rotation and side bends, as well as opening up a tight chest, and enhancing your posture.

You'll need a chair, and a pillow, and a half hour to dedicate to yourself 🥰.

Duration: 35 min

 

SUNDAY STRETCH #2

The legs get a bit of love in this lower body stretching session.

Energise your hammies, quads, hips and calves with this 30 minute session.

You’ll need a chair, and a long resistance band or a big towel.

sunday stretch #3

This beautiful stretch session suits ALL level of ability, even if you can’t get down on the floor! You’ll need a chair for this class, where we stretch out the trunk, arms, shoulders, and even the wrists! Enjoy (and if you like it, tell your friends to jump on board next week)

A good stretch for your Father’s Day in iso!

This class uses the rolling motion of a foam roller (or a bottle) to work the hips, groin and lower back.
