Welcome to the bodyBEgood 28-day Winter Challenge!

This challenge is designed to help you move more, and feel better!

Each week, we provide you with a range of new classes, to help you get stronger, and to fit more exercise into your life.

Classes range from 10 - 30 minutes, so you can squeeze them in to a busy day.

All classes can be done once, or repeated for a more intensive workout.

Remember, there are different levels to choose from, so please always work within your own ability. And if you are pregnant, please ensure you only do the ones labelled ‘pregnancy friendly’.

Our Facebook group is the best place to ask questions and chat about the challenge, so please make sure you’ve popped into the group and said hello. Otherwise, you can always reach me at emma@bodybegood.com.au.
